If you'd like to set up an email integration to trigger calls on Callingly (such as Gmail), this guide will walk you through how to do that.
Click into the Integrations tab and select the Email option.
You can then set a name for your integration, an email address to send lead data to, and which team the leads should route to.
Afterwards, please send a few test emails to the @mail.callingly.com email address.
Then, contact us through live chat and the Callingly support team will set up rules to parse your emails. This process should take about 1 - 2 hours.
After the rules and email integration is set up, we'll notify you that the email integration setup is finished, and you can begin sending lead data to Callingly via email.
If you have more than 1 lead source via email
Please set up multiple email integrations instead of sending all lead sources to the email address from the first integration you created.
