In this tutorial, we're going to walk you through an example sales workflow where new lead information is captured using Typeform, automatically populated into a CRM built on Airtable, and the lead is immediately called back using Callingly.

Pre-requisites:

  1. Basic understanding of how Airtable works and the ability to create a simple Airtable Base and Table. If you're unsure, here's a useful guide.
  2. How to create a Zap on Zapier. If you're unsure, here's a useful guide.

Introduction

In this video, we're going to cover the workflow we're building and the key steps involved:

Step 1: Setting up your Typeform lead capture form and connecting it to your Airtable CRM

In this video, we're going to cover how you can create a simple lead capture form on Typeform and use Zapier to connect it with your Airtable Base and Table (which acts as your CRM).

Step 2: Sending your new leads to Callingly from your Airtable CRM

In this video, we're going to cover how you can connect Callingly to Zapier so that any new lead information added to your Airtable CRM is passed into Callingly so that you / your sales team can be notified to call the lead immediately.

Step 3: Updating your Airtable CRM based on the call results from Callingly

In this video, we're going to cover how once a call is completed on Callingly (or missed). How we can ensure the result of the call is passed back into our Airtable CRM so that the status of the lead is updated.
