Callingly automatically connects to your Firepoint account, allowing you to instantly trigger calls to your Leads just by adding the right Tag.
In addition, Callingly can sync your call results back to Firepoint and even tag your leads after they were successfully called or if your Agent was unable to reach them.
Step 1: Create a Firepoint integration in Callingly
In the Callingly dashboard go to the Integrations page and click the "Connect" button next to the Firepoint integration option.
Step 2. Copy-and-paste your ActiveCampaign API URL and Key into the Integration
After you click the "Connect" button you will be shown a window where you can enter your Firepoint Office Secret Key and Agent Secret Key. The Agent Secret Key should come from an Admin user.
You can find your Firepoint keys here in their app.
Step 3. Click Install
Once the Office Secret Key and Agent Secret Key are set up you can click Install and Callingly will do the rest.
Step 4. Setup your Tags and other settings
Now that your integration is installed you can select a few options.
Under Team you can select which Team you would like the Leads from this integration to be assigned to. Remember, all of your call settings, routing and retries are set up on the Teams page.
Under Tag That Starts Call you can select which Tag, when applied to a Lead in Firepoint, will trigger a call to that Lead through Callingly.
Under Tag That Stops Call you can select which Tag, when applied to a Lead in Firepoint, will cancel any upcoming scheduled calls to that Lead through Callingly.
Under Tag On Successful Call and Tag On Missed Call you can select which tags will be applied to your Contact in ActiveCampaign after they were either successfully called or missed.
After you make your selections, just hit "Save" and you're all set!
Step 5. Setup the Lead Distribution rules in Firepoint
To start calls to your new leads in Firepoint automatically, you can create a Lead Distribution rule in Firepoint here: https://manage.firepoint.net/admin/office/lead-distribution
This will let you direct the right leads to the right agents and then tag them to start the automatic call.
If the Lead is assigned to an agent in Firepoint, that agent will automatically become the Lead Owner and will get the call first. If the lead is unassigned, the call will go to all the Team members.
