Callingly allows you to records all calls that are made by your agents through the platform for training and quality purposes.
You are able to toggle call recording on and off per team by clicking on Edit on the Teams page.
In some jurisdictions, the lead is required to be informed when a a call is being recorded. In that case, it is recommended for your Agent's script to start with a phrase similar to "This call will be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes."
